This paper toy is Evil Edna, based on the British cartoon series Willo the Wisp, the papercraft was created by Ridgway Wilkes Graphic Design. Evil Edna is the wicked television set witch, who is rarely amused and constantly at pains to upset the otherwise happy world of Doyley Woods. She has a whole range of wicked spells and torments at her aerial tips.
She is selfish and vain and if she ever casts an apparently nice spell it is for her own ends, or invariably "to teach someone a lesson". She always refers to the other characters in a disparaging manner - 'fat' (Mavis), 'Stupid' (Moog), 'interfering' (Arthur). She has no time or affection for anyone, although once she fell in love with a newsreader! [Source: Tarka]
