This paper toy is Shikhandi (Srikandi), a character in the Hindu epic, the Mahabharata, the papercraft was created by Salazad. There are five similar paper toys on the site: Pandawa Lima Paper Toy Series; and also Ghatotkacha (Gatotkaca) Paper Toy available.
He was originally born as a girl child named 'Shikhandini' to Drupada, the king of Panchala. Shikhandi fought in the Kurukshetra war on the side of the Pandavas, along with his father Drupada and brother Dhristadyumna. His son's name was Kshatradeva. More infomation at wikipedia.
