This papercraft is Sotoburu, a red strobbing creature from the 2004 independently produced surreal psychological horror adventure PC game Yume Nikki (Dream Diary), the paper models were created by zxc6713.
Sotoburu can be found in The Docks B . His colour changes from red to a pale pink, back to red and then to purple. Then it starts all over again. He’ll give Madotsuki the Fat Effect when interacted with.
