This gundam paper model is a MSN-04 Sazabi (aka Sazabi, MSN-04), a mobile suit that appears in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack, the papercraft created by [unknown], and shared by yenc. This version is simpler than PJY"s Version.
