This rocket paper model is the Vulcan launcher, a launch vehicle currently under development by United Launch Alliance, the paper model is created by L.Cherkashyn, and the scale is in 1:96. The finished model is about 87.3 cm in height.
To date, the ULA board of directors have made only short-term funding commitments to the rocket development project, and it is unclear whether long-term funding will be available to complete the project.
