This papercraft is Jellyfish (Jajji-kun / Judge-kun), a creature in Nintendo"s third-person shooter video game Splatoon, the paper model is created by NintenCraft. There is also a Splatoon Jelonzo Papercraft on the site.
Jellyfish can be found walking around Inkopolis, wearing various articles of clothing. Splatoon"s jellyfish highly resemble real-life jellyfish. However, the jellyfish in this game are highly anthropomorphized to the point of having eyes and being bipedal, likely from similar evolutions to those of the Inklings and Octarians.
