This papercraft is a Horn Duck, from Disney's animated film Alice in Wonderland, the paper model was created by paperinside. There is also a Pencil Bird Papercraft on the site. The Horn Ducks were one of the many strange inhabitants of Tulgey Wood in Wonderland that Alice encountered.

Like all of the other weird creatures in the Tulgey Wood, they have an unusual part on their bodies, it being the the purple body and the yellow horn they have for a head. They are first seen when Alice, fed up with all of the nonsense and wackiness in Wonderland, drops her pursuit of the White Rabbit and decides to go straight back home. When trying to find her way home through the scary, weird forest called Tulgey Wood, she inadvertently steps on the mother Horn Duck. The Horn Ducklings squealed and their mother quacked angrily at Alice before diving into a nearby pond in a huff. [Source: wikia]
