This paper toy is the Varan, a reptilian kaiju that first appeared in the 1958 film Varan, and first appeared alongside Godzilla in the Godzilla film, Destroy All Monsters, the papercraft was created by Darkeyedkid.

Varan has membranes between his legs, which he uses for gliding, like a flying squirrel. Varan also has a row of spines on his body. More infomation at wikia.
