This paper model is a full size Phaser pistol, based on the Relics (Star Trek: The Next Generation) of the Star Trek series, the papercraft is created by Haggard. Phasers were the most common and standard directed energy weapon in the arsenal of Starfleet and several other powers. This model gives you a 1:1 phaser with both the TV and Movie versions of the grip.
