This paper model is Flan, an enemy from Final Fantasy IX of the Final Fantasy video game series, the papercraft is created by panda2091. There is another version on the site: Final Fantasy Papercraft – Flan Ver.1.

The Flan can be found in the Ice Cavern. Unlike many other Final Fantasy games, there is only one variation of Flan, and while it has significantly less Magic Defense its Defense is not as high as it usually is for this type of enemy.
