New Paper Craft: Warhammer 40K - Raven Guard Deimos Whirlwind Scorpius Free Paper Model Download

This papercraft is a Raven Guard Deimos Whirlwind Scorpius (Whirlwind Scorpius), a rare variant of the ancient Deimos Pattern Whirlwind that was widely used by the Space Marine Legions during the Emperor"s Great Crusade and the Horus Heresy in the late 30th and early 31st Millennia, from Warhammer 40K series, the papercraft is created by Patoroch.

The Deimos Whirlwind Scorpius mounts a specialised anti-infantry rocket launcher, known as the Scorpius Multi-Launcher, in place of the vehicle"s original Whirlwind Multiple Missile Launcher. This weapon system is believed to have only been used with the Deimos Pattern Whirlwind.

The Deimos Whirlwind Scorpius is similar in every way to the standard Deimos Pattern Whirlwind, with the exception of its main weapon system. The Scorpius variant replaces the standard Whirlwind Multiple Missile Launcher with the Scorpius Multi-Launcher. The Scorpius Multi-Launcher is a drum-fed Rocket Launcher that makes use of special implosive warheads that are extremely effective against armoured infantry, such as Space Marines, and light vehicles. The vehicle is also armed with pintle-mounted twin-linked Bolters, a searchlight, and smoke launchers. The vehicle can be equipped with a Hunter-Killer Missile Launcher, a dozer blade, and extra armour plating. [Source: wikia]
