This papercraft is Sorting Hat,  a sentient Hogwarts artefact which magically determines to which of the four school Houses each new student is to be assigned, from J. K. Rowling"s Harry Potter series, the paper model is created by Hector Mendoza, the finished model is about 30 tall. There is another version on the site.
