This papercraft is Trafalgar D. Water Law (more commonly known as just Trafalgar Law and by his epithet as the "Surgeon of Death"), the captain and doctor of the Heart Pirates, a pirate crew from North Blue, based on the manga / anime series One Piece, the paper model is created by [unknown].

On top of being one of eleven pirates who have been referred to as "The Eleven Supernovas" (later known as "The Worst Generation"), he became one of the Shichibukai during the timeskip, but his position as one became unknown after Admiral Fujitora declared his status revoked for allying with the Straw Hat Pirates.
