This papercraft is a chibi Krillin, based on the Dragon Ball series, the paper model is created by Juke. The finished model stands about 25 cm tall. There is another Chibi Version Krillin Papercraft at PapercraftSquare, and also two regular scale versions available: Dragon Ball - Krillin Papercraft Ver.1 and Ver.2.
