This gundam paper model is GN-006 Cherudim Gundam (aka Cherudim Gundam, Cherudim), the successor unit to GN-002 Gundam Dynames in season two of Mobile Suit Gundam 00, the papercraft is created by panda203040, he also created a SD GN-006 Cherudim Gundam Paper Model.
