Rocky is smarter than Bullwinkle and seems to sense when something is wrong faster. Although his age is widely argued over, he is usually portrayed as younger then Bullwinkle and some people say they’re the same age.

Rocky shared a house with Bullwinkle, in the fictional small town of Frostbite Falls, Minnesota, a parody of the real-life American town of International Falls, Minnesota. Rocky and Bullwinkle would often have various adventures that usually saw them thwart the various schemes of the series’ villains, Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale. New Paper Craft: Boris Badenov Free Papercraft Download

This papercraft is Boris Badenov, a fictional character in the 1960s animated cartoons Rocky and His Friends and The Bullwinkle Show, the papercraft is created by WebDude.

Boris and his fellow evil spy, Natasha Fatale, are the arch-enemies of Rocky and Bullwinkle. They both speak with a Russian accent and worked for Fearless Leader. Boris, like many comical cartoon villains, would often create elaborate schemes and traps for his foes, but they would always backfire. He has a black outfit, fedora and small mustache.

Boris enjoys light reading; his favorite book is an anthology of fiendish plans called the Fireside Crook Book. He is also a charter member of the Van Gogh Society, a club whose members collect human ears. Boris attended USC and received his scoundrelship with magna cum louse.
