Sailor Neptune’s fuku consisted of a white leotard with a sea-green skirt, a navy-blue front bow, and a navy-blue back bow. The collar on her leotard was sea green and it did not have any stripes on it, and her shoulder pads had three layers. Her gloves were white with sea-green wrist fittings. Her shoes were lace up loose sea green boots. Her accessories were a gold tiara with a sea-green gem in the middle, her earrings were white studs and had some kind of planetary object surrounded by a ring dangling from them, and a sea-green choker with a sea-green gem with golden accents attached to it. In the manga, Sailor Tin Nyanko says that Luna is a creature of the planet Mau. She lives with Usagi and she is shown growing close to Artemis, another feline guardian who belongs to Minako Aino/Sailor Venus. This is the original depiction of the character created by Naoko Takeuchi.

Her civilian identity is Hotaru Tomoe. Her attacks are based around silence and destruction, death, and rebirth; she has the ability to annihilate a planet and even an entire star system, as well as resetting the evolution of the same to zero and powers granted by her Silence Glaive.
Sailor Saturn awakens with the power of the three Talismans: the Garnet Orb, the Space Sword, and the Deep Aqua Mirror. When Pharaoh 90 began to overwhelm the Sailor Senshi, and Sailor Moon had jumped into him hoping to unleash the power of the Silver Crystal to destroy him, the three talismans reacted and Saturn awoke.

Her civilian identity is Setsuna Meiou. Her attacks are based around time, the underworld, space, darkness, death, precognition, and powers granted by her Garnet Orb. Sailor Pluto is stated to be the daughter of the Greek god Chronos who Chibiusa calls upon to travel through time.
She is a ruthless Senshi who strictly follows the laws, eliminating any intruders who dare came in search for the Gates of Time, stating that “all who break the taboo must be eliminated”. Luna states to the others that no one is to even know that Sailor Pluto exists, and that to her knowledge no one has ever seen her. Luna calls her a “lonely warrior,” noting the sadness in her eyes.

When Mamoru becomes Tuxedo Mask, he dons a black tuxedo, with yellow buttons and a black cape. The jacket is left open to reveal his white dress shirt. He also wears white gloves and a white mask that covers his eyes; at times the mask seems to cover his eyes and other times the mask is merely an outline, leaving his eyes visible. When Usagi fights evil as Sailor Moon in the beginning of the story, she is portrayed as a “reluctant heroine”, who is unwilling to fight and flees from her enemies, often having to be bailed out or rescued by others, especially by Tuxedo Mask. Throughout the series, Usagi begins to develop into a mature, confident, and reliable lady, but has her crybaby moments every now and then.
As Super Sailor Moon her fuku almost completely changed; she had two wing-like barrettes in her hair, her earrings were no longer dangling moons, instead they were simply crescent moons that there affixed to her ears. Her choker became yellow with a red heart in the center. The stripes on her collar had changed from white to yellow, her shoulder pads became translucent and more wing like in shape.
The back waist bow became long, white and billowy with a yellow belt around her waist. However, the most obvious change was that her skirt wasn’t blue anymore; it was white with a yellow and blue border at the bottom. In the manga, there were more noticeable changes; her collar was blue in front and yellow in the back, the colors blended into each other over her shoulders. Instead of the two different-colored stripes at the bottom of her skirt, the colors seemed to blend into each other, creating a subtle transition from yellow to blue. [Source: wikia]

Sailor Venus is one of the five original Inner Sailor Senshi of the Solar System. She is the last of the Inner Senshi to join the group, but the first to transform and battle the Dark Kingdom. She is the guardian of the planet Venus and her powers center around love, light, and possibly metal.
This is Minako’s third senshi uniform in the anime and manga that she transforms into first during Act 39 of the manga by using her Venus Crystal, given to her by Artemis, but no new name is given.
