This papercraft is Snake Talisman, one of the twelve talismans that originated from Shendu, based on the American animated television series Jackie Chan Adventures, the paper model is created by Mas.
Snake Talisman was found in a secret passage in a cave near the Amazon River. Jackie obtained it and put it in his pocket for safekeeping until he could get to Section 13, but an archaeologist named Wesley Rank who was at the same cave took it from Jackie"s pocket when he wasn"t looking.
Rank sold it to a local pawn shop, but his camera man, Deino Stephenson, recovered it and donated it to the New York Museum. Later, it was stolen by an elusive female criminal named Viper from the museum. She then used it to steal precious jewels in New York City. The monkey talisman was first sighted in episode 10 The Jade Monkey it was found at the bottom of the ocean. Jade used the talisman to hide from The Dark Hand by turning herself into a monkey, but they stole it and Jackie retrived it in the end. The monkey talisman gave the user the ability to shapeshift into animals. It"s unknown if it could be used to change into other people. [Source: wikia]

This talisman was discovered in a train inside a crate by Jackie. He was immediately attacked by Shadowkhan after discovering it. They take the talisman and throw it to The Enforcers, who are in a helicopter. Jackie eventually returns it to Uncle’s Shop where Jade steals, and activates it.
