This robot paper model is Centinental/Kransmann MBR-07-Mk II Spartan Main Battle Robot (Destroid Spartan), a Destroid fielded by the United Earth forces during the First Robotech War, based on the science fiction mecha anime Robotech / Macross, the papercraft was created by Darkstar76.

The Spartan was a versatile design meant to have similar capabilities as a VF-1 Valkyrie in battloid mode but more well armored. It also had a pair of light lasers located in a turret above its head and a gun pod in its center torso that had a third light laser, a flamethrower, an autocannon, a machine gun and a mortar, though these weapons were mainly for defensive purposes as they lacked the firepower to be true offensive weapons. Its main offensive firepower came from a pair of missile launchers, each with 12 short range missiles and its ability to carry a gun pod. As with most destroids of the time it was equipped with vernier thrusters, making it capable of limited space operations. [Source: wikia]

This robot paper model is SDR-04-Mk XII Phalanx Space Defense Robot (Destroid Phalanx, aka the Spartan), a destroid fielded by the United Earth forces during the First Robotech War, based on the Macross science fiction mecha anime, the papercraft is created by [unknown].

Based on the Destroid Tomahawk chassis the Phalanx"s main weapons were a pair of large missile launchers. These launchers could fire up to 11 missiles at any one time and carried several magazines that also contained 11 missiles. These missiles were typical long range missiles and were used in an anti-air capacity, though the Phalanx could be outfitted with artillery rockets. For the final battle of the First Robotech War the Phalanxes on the SDF-1 were equipped with reflex missiles.

The Phalanx was capable of limited space operations due to its venire thrusters. This allowed for units that were stationed on the deck of the SDF-1 to propel themselves back to the battlefortress if they were knocked off.

The Phalanx was first deployed on the SDF-1 and was used to augment the ship"s own weapon system to protect the vessel from Zentraedi attack. Following the end of the war, the surviving Phalanxes from the SDF-1 were stationed at airbases in New Macross City and in nearby cities, such as Monument City. [Source: wikia]
